Notice of Intent to contract with Ports America, Inc., Bayonne, New Jersey to provide stevedoring and related terminal services in support of the New Jersey Army National for the handling of stevedoring, line handling and dockage. This is a one time transportation requirement scheduled for 9 May 2015. This notice is not a request for proposal. Written responses will be reviewed and must contain sufficient information to establish capacity to fulfill the requirement. All information received shall be used for planning and market research purposes only. The determination to compete this proposed contract action in response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.The Government will not pay for the preparation of any information submitted or use of such information.
