Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO8) is issuing this notice of intent to negotiate with a single source, State of Florida Department of Transportation, to provide postpaid roadway toll accounts for the Orlando VA Healthcare System (VAHCS) vehicle.
The government is contemplating a 5-year indefinite delivery contract to satisfy this requirement.
