Full Description

Contractor shall provide all coordination, equipment, labor, management, materials/parts, supervision, supplies, and tools necessary to accomplish the repairs to the 2012 International 7400, USN 54-09768. MPO Transportation Maintenance (the Government) will transport the vehicle from Bldg. 3511, Naval Base San Diego (NBSD) to the vendor and will pick up and transport the vehicle from the vendor back to Bldg. 3511, NBSD when repairs have been completed. Contractor shall perform the following repair work to the following vehicle: N54-09768 VIN#: 1HTWHAZT9CJ601625 Contractor is responsible to replace the existing damage engine with a new complete running engine, CAC / due to oil contamination. Update breather kit, radiator, thermostat, hose clamps, turbo actuator hose kit, alt belt, fan belt, DPF and DPF gaskets, coolant, oil, and power steering fluid. Repair power steering gasket, air comp/gasket, cleaner, air filter, and air gov/gasket. DP/DOC and radiator will be removed and sent for cleaning and testing. Any additional repairs or parts that are needed outside the scope of work, the Contractor will be required to provide a separate cost estimate, broken down with parts, labor, and any overhead costs. This must be pre-approved by the Contracting Officer before any additional repairs are performed.
