NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT The Department of National Defence has a requirement to remove and dispose of liquid hazardous waste under Supply Arrangement EW479-162880/XXX/NCS. The work will involve the following: Vacuum truck services for the collection and disposal of approximately 240,000 liters of saltwater and 60 liters of 3% AFFF mixed from C jetty in Dockyard, at CFB Esquimalt. Due to the urgency of this requirement, this solicitation will be open for 10 calendar days. 4.1.1.1 Mandatory Technical Criteria - Able to take up to 80,000 Liters per day for 3 consecutive days - Able to provide 50ft hose For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants. The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
