NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT The Department of National Defence has a requirement to remove and dispose of liquid hazardous waste under Supply Arrangement EW479-162880/XXX/NCS. The work will involve the following: Vacuum truck services for the collection and disposal of approximately 240,000 liters of saltwater and 60 liters of 3% AFFF mixed from C jetty in Dockyard, at CFB Esquimalt. Due to the urgency of this requirement, this solicitation will be open for 10 calendar days. 4.1.1.1 Mandatory Technical Criteria - Able to take up to 80,000 Liters per day for 3 consecutive days - Able to provide 50ft hose For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.
