48--MANIFOLD ASSEMBLY - AND SIMILAR REPLACEMENT PARTS, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF
Solicitation # N0010426QTB33
Solicitation N0010426QTB33 is a request for quotations issued by the NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mechanicsburg for the teardown, evaluation, repair, and modification of manifold assemblies. The government requires a Repair Turnaround Time of 250 days, measured from the physical receipt of the asset to final government acceptance. Failure to meet this timeline may result in per-unit monthly price reductions. The contract mandates Government Source Inspection and requires all repair work to be performed according to original manufacturer specifications and drawings. All delivered materials must be mercury-free, and packaging and marking must strictly adhere to MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-2073-1 standards. The government intends to make a single award to a technically acceptable offeror, with past performance weighted as more important than price. Evaluation will be conducted using the DoD Supplier Performance Risk System to assess item, price, and supplier risk. Consideration for award is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer, who must provide proof of authorization on company letterhead. Administrative requirements include the use of Wide Area Workflow for invoicing and compliance with various cybersecurity standards, including the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification and safeguarding of covered defense information. All freight is handled by the Navy as FOB Origin under the Commercial Asset Visibility Statement of Work.

PARTS KIT,BALL VALV
Solicitation # N0010426QZA98
This solicitation, issued by NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mechanics, is for the procurement of 46 parts kits for a 2.5-inch ball valve (NSN 4820-01-388-1057). The material is designated as Special Emphasis material due to its use in crucial shipboard systems where failure could result in serious personnel injury or loss of the vessel. Consequently, the contract mandates strict quality controls, including the requirement for an acceptable Quality Assurance Manual, ISO 9001 compliance, and specific material certifications for the ball and seats. Key technical requirements include Teflon coating for the ball, specific spherical surface waviness limits, and adherence to rigorous welding and brazing standards. The award will be made to a single, technically acceptable offeror based on a trade-off between price and past performance, with past performance weighted more heavily. Delivery is required within 365 days, and the contract is a DO-rated order under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System. Administrative requirements include electronic invoicing and certification submission via the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system, with inspection and acceptance occurring at the origin. The contractor must also comply with various Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses, including Buy American and cybersecurity standards.

Compliance with mercury exclusion requirements is mandatory, and no mercury or mercury-containing compounds may be intentionally added or come into direct contact with the hardware. The contractor is required to maintain a government-acceptable inspection system and retain all inspection records for the contract duration and beyond as specified.
