The contract is for the procurement of two ball-type check valves with NSN 4820-01-416-5951 under solicitation SPE7M1-26-T-268B by the Defense Logistics Agency’s Maritime Supply Chain, issued on August 9, 2026, with responses due by August 20, 2026. Delivery is required within five days of order placement, FOB Origin, to Fort Eustis, Virginia, with inspection and acceptance occurring at the destination. The valves must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E for packaging and MIL-STD-129 for marking, with no special marking required. The contractor must maintain a calibration system conforming to ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 or ISO 10012-1 and is strictly prohibited from using Class I ozone-depleting chemicals or intentionally introducing mercury or mercury-containing compounds into the product, except for limited functional uses in batteries, lighting, instruments, sensors, controls, weapon systems, or NAVSEA-specified reagents, which must be shock-proof with secondary containment. Technical and quality requirements referenced by 'R' or 'I' numbers in the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements are incorporated by reference. The contractor must submit a Safety Data Sheet prior to award, and failure to do so renders the offer nonresponsible. The contract incorporates the DLA Master Solicitation for Automated Simplified Acquisitions Revision 105 and includes numerous FAR and DFARS clauses related to cybersecurity, environmental compliance, subcontracting, employment eligibility, trafficking in persons, and safeguarding covered defense information. Payment must be processed electronically via Wide Area Workflow, and SAM registration must be current. The procurement may be awarded automatically if no first article test is required and no HUBZone preference is invoked, with HUBZone concerns receiving price evaluation preference unless waived.
