The item must be delivered FOB destination within 20 days, with zero tolerance for quantity variance and inspection and acceptance occurring at the destination. The sole authorized supply source is Emerson Electric Co., with a designated part number TCLE 1/2FC(1/2SEX5/8SAEANG), and alternative source is Carrier Corp part 90C01-6932-3. Shipment must be sent via the fastest traceable means, excluding parcel post, and directed to USNS GUADALUPE at FPO AP 96666.
