This fixed-price solicitation, issued by DLA Land and Maritime, is for the procurement of 17 gate valves, each 2.000 inches in size with EPR O-ring material. The valves must be manufactured from materials with a magnetic permeability not exceeding 1.08 before fabrication and 2.0 after fabrication. Technical requirements include mandatory shock and vibration testing per MIL-STD-167 Type I, with specific shock classifications for lightweight equipment applicable to surface ship hull mounts or submarine hull/frame mounts. Notably, the EPR seals are not suitable for oil applications, and the use of additive manufacturing is prohibited unless specifically authorized. The contract mandates strict compliance with quality and security standards, including SAE AS9003 or ISO 9001 certification and CMMC Level 2 requirements. Technical data is subject to ITAR and EAR export controls, requiring approved JCP certification for access. Packaging and marking must adhere to MIL-STD-129 and RP001, with delivery designated as FOB Destination to DLA Distribution San Diego. Evaluation preferences are available for certified HUBZone small businesses, and the government may utilize an automated award process. All payment requests and receiving reports must be processed through the Wide Area WorkFlow system.
