This contract pertains to the procurement of two gate valves identified by NSN 4820-01-510-8517 and part number 1305-043-300, manufactured by MILWAUKEE VALVE CO INC, under solicitation SPE7MC-26-T-125E. The delivery is required within 168 days of contract award, with a specified ship date of January 5, 2027, and destination delivery to DLA District San Joaquin in Tracy, California. All items must be furnished FOB origin with no variance allowed in quantity, inspected and accepted at the destination. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129, with specific preservation methods, materials, and container standards listed, and palletization must adhere to DLA packaging requirements. No mercury or mercury-containing compounds may be intentionally added to or come into direct contact with the hardware, except in functional components such as batteries, fluorescent lamps, instruments, sensors, controls, weapon systems, or chemical reagents explicitly authorized by NAVSEA. Any portable devices containing mercury must feature shock-proof construction and a secondary containment barrier as mandated by NAVSEA 5100-003D.
