Solicitation SPE7MC-26-T-218M is a request for quotations issued by DLA Land and Maritime for the procurement of 85 globe valves, NSN 4820-00-497-1681. The required hardware consists of 2.000 inch, Class A, in-line stop staked disc type valves manufactured according to Naval Sea Systems Command drawings. Each valve must feature a securely attached identification plate showing CID 882057055, an installed EPO R-O-ring, and a bagged Buna-N bonnet O-ring with specific temperature and application instructions. Union tailpiece assemblies are not to be furnished, and a hydrostatic test report must accompany each supplied valve. The contract requires delivery within 70 days after receipt of order, with a need ship date of November 10, 2026, and a final required delivery date of January 5, 2027. Delivery is FOB Origin to the DDSP New Cumberland facility in Pennsylvania. Eligible offerors must possess an approved JCP certification for export-controlled data and maintain a manufacturer inspection system complying with SAE AS9003 or ISO 9001. Compliance with the Buy American Act, Berry Amendment, and CMMC Level 2 requirements is mandatory. Invoicing and payment will be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow system.
