Solicitation SPE7MC-27-T-1886 is a small business set-aside request for quotations issued by the Department of Defense, specifically the DLA Weapons Support Maritime Hardware/Electrical office, for the procurement of 14 plug valves (NSN 4820-01-472-9883). Delivery is designated as FOB Origin under the First Destination Transportation program, with the final destination being the DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland Facility in Pennsylvania. Both inspection and acceptance are to be performed by the government at the destination. The contract mandates strict adherence to technical and quality requirements found in the DLA Master List, as well as packaging and marking standards including MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129. Significant security and regulatory constraints apply, including CMMC Level 2 certification requirements and strict export controls under ITAR and EAR, requiring contractors to have approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification.
