A SECOND BOUNDARY OF CONTAINMENT OF THE MERCURY OR
MERCURY COMPOUND. (IAW NAVSEA 5100-003D).
THIS NSN IS LISTED AS A PRIMARY QPL OR QML
THEREFORE THE QUALIFIED PRODUCTS LIST OR
QUALIFIED MANUFACTURERS LIST IS APPLICABLE.
