AND/OR MINOR ATTRIBUTES, THEY SHALL BE ASSIGNED VERIFICAITON LEVELS OF
VII, IV AND II OR AQLS OF 0.1, 1.0 AND 4.0 RESPECTIVELY. UNSPECIFIED
