AI Contract Overview
Solicitation SPE7MC-27-T-1392 is a request for quotations for the procurement of 19 solenoid valves, specifically identifying Hawe Hydraulik SE part numbers 6951 3111-00 and EM41S-1-G24 under NSN 4810-12-381-4639. The procurement is managed by DLA Weapons Support Maritime Hardware/Electrical for delivery to the DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland facility in Pennsylvania. The required delivery date is April 9, 2027, with a delivery window of 154 days after order. Shipping is established as FOB Origin, and both inspection and acceptance will occur at the destination. The contract mandates strict adherence to DLA packaging and marking standards, requiring compliance with ASTM D3951, MIL-STD-129, and RP001 for palletization, with the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements taking precedence. Environmental restrictions prohibit the intentional addition of mercury and the use of Class I ozone-depleting substances without written approval. Administratively, the contract utilizes the Wide Area WorkFlow system for electronic invoicing and incorporates various FAR and DFARS clauses, including Buy American Act requirements and NIST SP 800-171 cybersecurity standards. Award may be automated, and a price evaluation preference may be applied for HUBZone concerns.
