Van Trailer with Roller Floor

The Department of National Defence is soliciting offers for the procurement of four semi-trailer vans equipped with retractable roller track systems for delivery to Canadian Forces Base Borden. The trailers must feature a pneumatically operated roller floor system, such as the Hydraroll Mark 21 or an equivalent, with at least five sections and a lifting capacity of 550 kg per meter. Technical specifications require a nominal overall height of 4,100 mm, a minimum interior body height of 2,667 mm, and the inclusion of 24 multi-position cargo hands along with various logistics tracks. All vehicles must comply with the Motor Vehicle Safety Act and CMVSA labeling requirements. The contract will be awarded to the bidder offering the lowest evaluated price among those who meet all mandatory technical criteria. Deliverables are required within 180 days of the contract award and must be shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) per Incoterms 2020. Offerors must submit their proposals via email by October 6, 2026, including the required offer submission and declaration forms. The contractor is responsible for providing bilingual safety data sheets and ensuring all wood packaging conforms to ISPM 15 standards. Payment will be made via the Receiver General for Canada following the submission of detailed invoices to the contracting authority.
