The proposed sole source award will be for Vanguard Enforcer/Vanguard InCompliance maintenance licenses. Vanguard Enforcer/Vanguard InCompliance protects critical data and resources hosted on the mainframes by ensuring z/OS and RACF security standards, profiles, rules, and settings are not comprised. In addition, the proposed Vanguard Enforcer/Vanguard InCompliance performs millions of compliance checks in seconds to guarantee adherence to IBM RACF best practices. All resposible sources who can provide the above requirement shall submit a quote via email to russell.e.critterton@irs.gov. All quotes must be received NLT 4:00 PM EDT, May 14, 2010.
