The contractor shall provide all personnel, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Variable Stability In-Flight Simulator and Test Aircraft (VISTA) support services for the United States Air Force Test Pilot School (USAF TPS) as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Edwards AFB (EAFB), CA. The USAF Test Pilot School requirement for maintenance support for the Variable Stability In-Flight Simulator and Test Aircraft (VISTA) is a sole source contract with Calspan Cooperation. This requirement is for aircraft maintenance support (anticipating approximately 200 flight hours per year, plus or minus 20). This requirement also encompasses the following: - Aircraft operations - Curriculum support - Logistics - Engineering - Simulator - Hot bench - Test management projects - Configuration control and modifications - Quality and safety procedures - On/off station requirements This requirement requires the contractor to supply qualified VISTA F-16 pilot(s) and supply program management/contractor management support.
