VCCS 2025-2026 Small Purchase Procurement for AE Services

The Virginia Community College System (VCCS) has issued Request for Qualifications CAT B 2025 to establish a pool of qualified architectural and engineering firms for small-scale professional services. This procurement aims to increase agency efficiency and reduce administrative costs by identifying vendors capable of handling projects with fees under $80,000. The scope of work includes evaluations, feasibility studies, schematic designs, field inspections, code compliance investigations, and the preparation of complete contract documents across 40 community college campuses throughout Virginia.
