U.S. Customs and Border Protection Vehicle Disposal Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please see the solicitiation document for all required information. AMENDMENT A0005 TO RFP HSBP1014R00012 IS FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1. To provide the Government's response to questions submitted by Industry. See Attachment "Questions from Vendors." 2. To revise the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure in the Solicitation Document. The revised CLIN structure provides clarity on pricing for removal and transportation/auctioning of itemized units. Please see attachment for all required pricing. 3. To revise the Solicitation Document and Statement of Work (SOW) to incorporate new information regarding the CBP Sales Center waiver authority. 4. To revise the Statement of Work (SOW) sections 4B.4 Sub-task 2d, 4B.5 Sub-task 2e, 4B.5 Sub-task 2f. 5. To extend the solicitation due date and time through 5PM EST, on Monday, August 3, 2015. IT IS REQUESTED THAT IF AN INTERESTED PARTY HAS ALREADY SUBMITTED A PROPOSAL IN RESPONSE TO THIS RFP, TO RESUBMIT A REVISED PROPOSAL THAT INCORPORATES THE AFOREMENTIONED CHANGES.
