The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with Excel Truck Group, Address: 901 W. Hundred Road, Chester, VA 23836, for the purpose of procuring vehicle maintenance for Freighliner vehicles. This procurement is in support of an ongoing requirement for certified service centers providing maintenance in the area. Only this source can furnish the requirements, to the exclusion of other sources, because this is the only certified vendor who can provide Freightliner service to the vehicles within the service area. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of: Kimberly Humphrey, email address: khumphrey@fbi.gov by Friday, November 29, 2019 (5:00 pm Eastern). Only emailed responses will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
