The scope of work includes replacing two Evapco cooling towers and one BAC tower, along with the associated structural steel platforms, roofing, mechanical, electrical, and SCADA control systems. The project requires lead-based paint abatement and adherence to IPC, ASHRAE, ASME, and National Electrical Code standards. Proposals must be submitted in two separate volumes, with the technical volume limited to 15 pages. Per Amendment 0001, the response deadline has been extended to November 9, 2026. Awarded contractors must provide a performance bond for 10 percent of the contract amount and comply with Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations.
