Ventilation and heating system upgrade This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada CORCAN, Joliette Institution, Joliette, Québec Trade agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid. Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest priced compliant bid. Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Indigenous Suppliers. Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service of Canada CORCAN has a requirement for the services of a contractor to upgrade the ventilation/heating system in the sewing room and guardhouse of Joliette Institution women’s correctional facility located at 400 Marsolais Street, Joliette, Quebec. Objectives: To upgrade the ventilation and heating system. IMPORTANT: There will be a mandatory site visit November 1, 2023 at 10:00 a.m (EDT). Details on the site visit are included in the invitation to tender. Deliverables: The Contractor must provide the tools, equipment, supplies, labor and transportation required to complete the work. Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none. Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment. Duration of Contract and Time Frame for Delivery: Construction Time: The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within twelve (12) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
