The U.S. Embassy Panama has a requirement for Venue Decoration Services as per the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Pricing shall be submitted in the format and for the quantities indicated in the statement of work.


The solicitation number is 19PM0726Q0009 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. 


Services to be acquired: Venue decoration services for  the USA Independence Day 250th Anniversary Celebration, to be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Services shall be performed at the location specified in the SOW.

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.
