Verification and Validation of Eradication Results

The contract seeks to procure 200 new GPS devices to replace outdated and irreplaceable units currently used to verify and validate coca eradication operations, ensuring continued operational effectiveness. These devices are critical for accurate data collection in field operations and are required due to the complete obsolescence of existing hardware, which can no longer be repaired or maintained. Alongside the hardware, the contract includes comprehensive training for the Colombian National Police responsible for conducting verification and validation tasks, as well as the necessary software licenses and a mobile device management system to enforce proper usage, security, and compliance across all deployed units. The procurement is managed by the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs under the Department of State, with the primary place of performance located in Bogotá.
