This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the VTARNG / USPFO-VT, Purchasing and Contracting, to provide employment placement support for Work for Warriors Vermont. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about 26 May 2026.The contract type is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price and will consist of one twelve-month period of performance from 29 September 2026 ? 28 September 2027. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code that applies to the principal nature of the acquisition is 561311, Employment Placement Agencies, Size Standard $30.0M. The contractor shall provide services during the normal duty day, typically between the hours of 0600-1700, Monday through Friday, except on recognized US holidays or when the Government facility/installation is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed facility/installation closings. Performance shall be at (1) Newport Armory, 540 Union St, Newport VT, (2) Joint Readiness Center, 90 Ethan Allen Road, Jericho, VT Camp Johnson, (3) 789 VT National Guard Road, Colchester, VT and (4) Armed Forces Reserve Center, 2143 Post Road, Rutland VT.
