AI Contract Overview
Vernonia School District is seeking proposals for UPS and battery backup solutions to replace or service an existing Eaton 9355 UPS. The district is evaluating three distinct options: a battery and installation kit for the current unit, a single new double conversion three-phase UPS such as the Eaton 93PM, or six new smaller UPS units like the TrippLite SMART1500RM2UL with management cards. Vendors must provide installation and configuration costs as separate line items and include SKUs or manufacturer part numbers in their quotes. All proposals must comply with FCC LCP and security rules, specifically prohibiting equipment from covered companies like Huawei and ZTE. Bidders are required to include their SPIN and the 470 number with their submission. Questions must be emailed to Freya Lewis and Kristin Hansen by February 16, 2026, with the final response deadline set for February 27, 2026. The district intends to move forward with only one of the three proposed UPS options.
