Full Description
The contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, parts, and materials to maintain, repair, and inspect VTE at MAFB and MAFs, covering 20 elevators, ensuring safe and reliable operation IAW the Performance Work Statement.
This requirement will be awarded as a Requirements Contract. The Government agrees to order, and the Contractor shall furnish, all elevator maintenance and repair services described in the contract that are required by the Government during the ordering period.
Each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) includes an established minimum and maximum ordering quantity for the contract period. The minimum quantity represents the Government’s guaranteed purchase obligation. The maximum quantity represents the ceiling for all orders placed under that CLIN during the ordering period.
Individual task orders issued under this contract may not reach the maximum quantity. The maximum quantity represents the total potential ordering limit for the entire period and does not obligate the Government to order that amount. Task orders may vary in size and frequency based on operational needs, and actual quantities ordered may be substantially lower than the maximum.
This requirement is currently 100% unfunded. Accordingly, the Government reserves the right to cancel the award at any time.
