Fisheries and Oceans has a requirement to hire a fishing vessel between 45 to 65 feet in overall length, with the service of a Captain and a two crewmembers. The crewmembers are to assist Fishery Officers with conducting boarding’s and gear inspections as requested from September through to October 31. The vessel owner to ensure that the vessel is seaworthy; the main engine is in good running order; and that all equipment is maintained in good working order and is adequate for the purpose intended.
