Project Description: This project will consist of providing commissioning services for the installation of new mechanical and electrical equipment as well as special systems and building automation systems for the addition and renovation of multiple buildings at the Veterans’ Home of Wyoming in Buffalo, WY. This includes the renovation of roughly 53,000 sf and the addition of 43,000 sf. Construction will be performed in two phases, over a 48-month period. All residents will remain on campus during the project. All services for the residents will remain in operation during the construction period.
