Veterinary Services
This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada has a requirement for Veterinarian Services at Collins Bay Institution and Joyceville Institution.

Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service of Canada has a requirement for Veterinarian Services at Collins Bay Institution and Joyceville Institution.
Objectives: To provide Veterinarian Services for the livestock at Joyceville and Collins Bay Institutions for livestock that is part of the CORCAN Agriculture program, including both a dairy herd and a beef herd.
Deliverables:
1. The Contractor must provide a mutually agreed upon vaccination schedule, within 30 days of standing offer award.
2. The Contractor must provide an annual vaccination schedule to ensure vaccinations are up to date for each animal.
3. The Contractor must provide a schedule for routine herd health checks for cows.
4. The Contractor must provide a schedule for pregnancy check for cows.
5. The Contractor must provide medicines or supplies required for the treatment of the cattle.
6. The Contractor must provide the most current Fee Guidelines established by the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association (OVMA), throughout the duration of the standing offer.
Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.

Period of the Standing Offer: The Work is to be performed during the period of standing offer award to 31-March-2027, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.
