Video and Multimedia Services

Scope: The City is soliciting qualification packets from experienced professional companies to provide video, photography, and as-needed graphic design services for the City of La Mesa’s City Manager’s Office. Interested and qualified companies who have demonstrated their ability to provide comparable services are invited to submit proposals.
This request is for video production and photography services in support of the City’s efforts to transparently engage with its residents. The selected firm will be required to enter into a professional service agreement with the City for the communication services outlined by the scope of service in this RFP. The agreement will be for one year and may be renewed for an additional two one-year terms by mutual written consent of both parties.
Qualified companies are invited to submit an online proposal to the City no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 8, 2025.
Notes: Questions related to this RFP must be submitted through the PlanetBids system and will only be accepted through 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 27, 2025.

All proposals are due no later than by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 8, 2025. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.

City of La Mesa normal hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Fridays. City offices are closed alternate Fridays and holidays including August 15 & 29; September 1, 2025.
