S. Small Business (SBA) and the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, transportation, equipment and materials necessary to install upgrade Video Conferencing equipment and necessary accessories to upgrade video conferencing equipment in the Aberdeen Area Office in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, as well as additional hardware and equipment in 26 other locations.
