Full Description
This announcement constitutes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) District Currency Facility (DCF) intends to award a non-personal services contract to provide Video Spectral Comparator (VSC) maintenance services. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
This award will be issued under the national security (RFO 6.103-6) sole source authority to Foster & Freeman USA Inc. as national security and statutory authorities apply.
