Full Description
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), hereby provides notice of its intent to solicit for a video surveillance system (VSS) for the New York area of responsiblity (AOR). The requirement includes cameras, network video recorders, associated hardware/software, and installation that must be compliant with governemnt standards and protocols.
Award will be made using FAR Part 12 procedures and a lowest price, techincally acceptale (LPTA) evaluation methodology. It is antcipated award will be made before 09/30/2026.
This is a presolicitation notice and does not constitue a request for quote and the government is not seeking pricing at this time. However, all responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.
