ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS VILLAGE OF MALONE MALONE, NEW YORK NEW GROUND WATER SOURCE & WELL CONTROL BUILDING GENERAL NOTICE: The Village of Malone (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: New Ground Water Source & Well Control Building AES Project No.: 5131 NYS EFC DWSRF Project No. 19267 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Village of Malone Office located at 343 West Main Street, Malone, NY 12953, until July 29th, 2025 at 10:00 am local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Bids not received by the indicated time will not be opened. Bids are requested for the following Prime Contracts: Plumbing/Process (P), Mechanical (M). SCOPE OF WORK: Plumbing/Process (P): Scope of work includes providing process and plumbing piping at the PW-3 well building and providing process piping demolition, modification, and new process and plumbing piping at the existing control building, installing and commissioning well and equalization tank level transducers furnished by the Owner and installation and start-up support of control instrumentation furnished by the Owner. Mechanical (M): The contract includes providing a heating and ventilation system and miscellaneous mechanical improvements at PW-3.
