ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids for WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS: CONTRACT NO. 1 – GENERAL CONTRACT NO. 2 – WATER STORAGE TANK will be received by the VILLAGE OF WURTSBORO at the VILLAGE HALL until 11 o'clock A.M., local time on AUGUST 15, 2024 and then at said office, publicly opened and read aloud. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans and Specifications and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond and other Contract Documents may be examined at the following places: VILLAGE OF WURTSBORO, 7 PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE, WURTSBORO, NEW YORK 12790 AND/OR LABERGE GROUP, 4 COMPUTER DRIVE WEST, ALBANY, NEW YORK 12205.
