The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) intends to enter into a contract with a single contractor for the Virtual Management Training Program on an as-and-when-requested basis.The contract will contain irrevocable options to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) 3-month periods under the same conditions.The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award to December 31, 2023.A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price will be recommended for award of a contract.Proposal documents and supporting information must be submitted in either English or French.Conditional Set-Aside Under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous BusinessThis procurement may be conditionally set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business.In order to be considered for the set-aside, the Bidder must certify that it qualifies as an Indigenous business as defined under PSIB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSIB.
