The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-06, effective date 27 August 2025, Defense FederalAcquisition Regulation. Supplemental change effective 10 November 2025, Department ofthe Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement change effective 16 September 2024.
