Services to include: - Virtual Reality Database Design and Implementation - 480 hours - Developing Virtual Reality platform for designing Neuroimaging experiments - 480 hours - Training - 160 hours - Developing the predictive analytical framework - 320 hours PatternPredix has designed and developed the NICHD's current database system and has implemented the NICHD's neuroimaging data-mining framework. Given the lab unique implementation of the multi-modal neuroimaging system composed of functional near infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) and Electroencephalography (EEG), the NICHD seeks to take its research one step forward by placing subjects in realistic settings in order to more accurately determine brain activation patterns as they would occur outside the laboratory setting. In particular, PatternPrediX would develop a predictive analytic framework that performs the data pipeline from the VR application to apply Machine Learning algorithms on the dataset (that is collected in the VR environment) that enables for feature extraction, features selection, unsupervised and supervised learning in the constructed feature space.
