VSK-7 GLOBE VALVE MACHINE, 1/4 - 12" & CUSTOM CONES TAILORED FOR TWO-SEATED GLOBE VALVE WITH 45 DEGREE

This contract solicits a VSK-7 Globe Valve Machine, sized for 1/4 to 12 inches, along with two custom-designed cones tailored for two-seated globe valves with a 45-degree configuration, as specified in the Statement of Work. The requirement is for a new, electric-driven mobile grinding machine complete with a carrying case, grinding tools in 15, 30, and 45-degree angles, an assortment of abrasives, and a three-jaw centering chuck, along with three complete sets of technical manuals covering operation, service, and maintenance. All items must be new and not refurbished or used. The machine must carry a twelve-month warranty against defects in material, parts, and workmanship following installation. Packaging and marking must comply with MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-130, with all labels requiring machine-readable data elements generated through approved automatic identification technology, and yellow packaging is strictly prohibited. The contract includes stringent cybersecurity standards requiring compliance with NIST SP 800-171 for safeguarding controlled unclassified information and DFARS 252.204-7012 for cyber incident reporting, as well as adherence to the prohibition on covered telecommunications equipment under DFARS 252.204-7018. The procurement is issued as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation under FAR Part 13 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, with a total small business set-aside as defined under FAR 19.5, and is open only to small business concerns registered in SAM with a current and active CAGE code.
