This procurement involves multiple conflicting project records under solicitation number 1120. One set of data identifies a Department of Defense solicitation issued by W6QM Micc-Ft Irwin in Fort Irwin, California, originally posted in July 2010. A second set of records describes a construction project for the Santa Clara Unified School District to perform preschool playground improvements at Montague Elementary School. This construction scope includes grading, concrete paving, fencing, gates, and site improvements, with technical specifications adhering to CSI MasterFormat 2010, Caltrans Standard Specifications, and ADAAG accessibility guidelines. Award for the construction work is based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis, evaluated on the bidder's capacity, experience, and financial resources. Additional documentation references a separate service-based contract for janitorial work at a Twin Falls Local Office in Idaho, with a preferred start date of January 2, 2026, and an initial one-year term with four optional renewals. This specific effort requires electronic submission via the Idaho eProcurement System by December 17, 2025. Across these records, packaging requirements for physical goods specify individual wrapping on skids with permanent labeling, while inspection and acceptance for construction are conducted at the project site and finalized by the District Board of Education. No unified contract value or specific FAR clauses are provided across the disparate data sets.
