This FSS Order is for the lease and full-service maintenance of various Olympus scopes and associated equipment, at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx, NY. Performance Period is for 12 months with two option years and a Purchase Option, as follows: Base Year: TBD by Modification Action $409,682.88 Option Year 1: TBD by Modification Action $409,682.88 Option Year 2: TBD by Modification Action $418,682.88 Annual Lease periods will be established once the items are delivered and accepted, per a bilateral modification. Purchase Option will be in accordance with FAR 52.207-5 (prescribed by FAR 7.4): Purchase Price will equal the total payments made to date* subtracted from the Fair Market Value equals the purchase price. *Payments paid to date refer to the period starting on this order s effective date listed on block 3 of the SF1449 until the day before the effective date listed on block 3 of the SF30 for the exercise of purchase option.
