The Government of Canada, through the Department of Public Works and Government Services, is seeking qualified full-service environmental response contractors to provide 24/7 emergency spill response support on an as-needed basis to the Department of National Defence and Canadian Forces Base in Eastern Ontario, including Ottawa, Belleville, Brockville, Kingston, Pembroke, and Petawawa.
