URGENT - Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 03 July 2024 at 2:00pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Summary: In support of Operation (OP) LENTUS, the Department of National Defence (DND) has the requirement for as-and-when requested and authorized contracted services associated with the provision of Camp Services Support (CSS), including all goods, material, personnel, labour, services and maintenance required to provide catering / food services and accommodation support services, which includes laundering services, portable shower and toilet services, camp lighting services, and waste management services. Delivery of CSS may be required in remote base camps established by DND in British Columbia (BC), Alberta (AB), Saskatchewan (SK) and Manitoba (MB) in response to natural emergencies. The period of the requirement will be from contract award to 31 March 2025.
