Canada is seeking offers from Offerors for periodic grass cutting and trimming services at various sites within British Columbia for the Department of National Defence, CFB Esquimalt, Vancouver Island. Additional grass cuts, trims and other miscellaneous grass maintenance services may be required “as and when requested” and are included on a Task-Authorized basis. Mandatory Work Site Visit (6, 7, 8 and 9 July 2026): It is mandatory that the Offeror or a representative of the Offeror attend site visits for the applicable zone(s) for which the Offeror will be submitting an offer. Schedule: · Day 1: Zone 1 and 2 · Day 2: Zone 3 and 5 · Day 3: Zone 6 · Day 4: Zone 4 Communication with Contracting Authority. Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 30 June 2026 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. Offerors must sign an attendance sheet. Offerors should confirm in their offer that they have attended the mandatory site visit. Canada will declare non-compliant offers from any Offerors who do not attend the mandatory site visit.
