AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on November 14, 2024 by 1400 EST. All bids submitted after 1400 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Title: Electrical Maintenance and Repairs Location: Cold Lake, AB Nature of Requirements: Work under this Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) shall comprise the supply of all labor, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to complete Electrical maintenance and minor new construction on an as and when required basis in various buildings at 4 Wing RP Ops detachment Cold Lake, Alberta. Work shall be done professionally by qualified personnel in their field and in accordance with the latest version of the Canadian Electrical Code. It is anticipated that three (3) standing offers will be issued to the three (3) lowest compliant bidders. The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years. If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for 2 additional 1 -year periods, under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing Offer. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. See Parts 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details. There are security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer.
