Public Services and Procurement Canada has a requirement for a Service Contract that comprises the furnishing of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, software and firmware updates required to complete repairs, remote phone line inspections and annual on-site inspection of the Delta Version 3.4 Orcaview building automation systems at the Barrack Green Armoury and the HMCS Brunswicker as specified herein for the Department of National Defence. This Contract will be from January 1st, 2025 or issuance of contract to December 31st, 2025 inclusive with an option to extend for an additional two (2) one year periods. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details.
