The response time deadline is 14:00 EDT. Amendment 001 is being issued in order to address questions. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide replacement cable for the DACS system, that has been used for several decades at DRDC Atlantic. The cable used to tow and pass data is showing fatigue and wear from its many deployments. This cable specification is designed to extend the life and capability of this system and allow for the passing of larger amounts of data to Department of National Defence (DND) Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) Atlantic Research Centre (ARC). Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the solicitation of offers process. Reference the solicitation for further details.
