Contract W911S6-21-P-0026, awarded by the Department of Defense through the W6QM Micc-Dugway Prov Grd, provides for the procurement of two Telops Hyperspectral Imager Systems (HIS) and associated accessories for the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command at Dugway Proving Ground. The acquisition includes far-field and near-field telescopes, a ruggedized control computer, command and control software, tripods, and analytical software. The contract was executed as a sole source procurement under FAR 13.501(a)(2)(ii) due to Telops, Inc. being the original equipment manufacturer with proprietary rights and the necessity for compatibility with existing systems. The estimated value of the award is 2.0 million dollars, funded by FY2021 Research, Development, Test and Evaluation funds. The procurement falls under NAICS code 333314 and is managed by the office located in Dugway, Utah.
