Solicitation # W912PM27RA006
The USACE National Enterprise Dredging Center is implementing a Scope Dredge to Budget (SDtB) acquisition strategy for maintenance dredging across various navigation channels and harbors along the Texas Coast. This initiative is divided into two distinct procurement paths: an Unrestricted pilot for major deep-draft channels with a budget of approximately 134.7 million dollars and a Small Business Set-Aside for intracoastal waterways and secondary channels with a budget of 26.2 million dollars. The total combined budget for these efforts is approximately 161 million dollars, with additional options available for the Houston Ship Channel. The period of performance generally spans from May 2027 through May 2028. The procurement utilizes a two-phase design-build procedure to determine the best value.
